Terms of Service

1. The Service

A-Backtest is a bar-replay trading practice tool for education and skill development only. All trades are simulated — no real orders are placed and no real funds are connected.

2. Not Investment Advice

Nothing in A-Backtest constitutes financial advice or a solicitation to invest. Practice results on historical data do not guarantee real-market outcomes. Trading involves risk; you are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and take responsibility for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.

4. Plans & Payments

We offer a Free plan (limited sessions and history window) and a paid monthly Pro plan. Prices and benefits are shown on the Plans page and may change with reasonable notice.

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as our merchant of record — Lemon Squeezy issues your invoice, handles sales tax/VAT and processes all card data. We never store your card details. You can cancel anytime from the Plans page (manage subscription); Pro access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund via the original payment method (subsequent renewals are not covered — cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged). Contact: ai2.techlegend@gmail.com

5. Acceptable Use

You must not scrape or redistribute market data from the service, attempt unauthorised access or load testing, impersonate others, or use the service in ways that degrade it for other users.

6. Intellectual Property

The software, design, logo and content belong to the operator. Your practice data and journal entries belong to you — we use them only to provide the service, per the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of data accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us; your data will then be removed per the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
